I also have requested money for body damage that occured while they had my car after purchase. I am a single mom just recently placed on permanant disability and paid cash for my car. I think these guys take it for granted that not all females are stupid and I plan on fighting them to the fullest extent so that they do not pull this crap they did on me, to someone else. I am not seeking an attorney, I am simply writting this so that it may help your case. I found the info re: Amy's case on Sac courts.com. I knew there had to be other claims and also found another case filed on 10-18-2011. I want the judge to clearly understand that these guys are crooks and are running a hinky business to say the least.
