Red Flags in Car Buying

Every used car has a story to tell. Don’t let a dealership lie to you about a vehicle’s history. Demand to see a FULL CarFax or AutoCheck Vehicle History Report, not a shortened version. After checking the complete CarFax or AutoCheck, take the car to a reputable mechanic and have the car inspected for body and mechanical issues. The money you spend for the inspection is well spent in avoiding many headaches later. Our law firm will even run a free CarFax or AutoCheck report for you and tell you what is in the report. If a dealer won’t give you a CarFax and AutoCheck report, leave immediately. They are trying to cheat you! When looking for a car, don’t get emotionally attached. Guaranteed the little red BMW you have fallen in love with is not the only one for sale. Shop around, have the car inspected, run a CarFax and/or AutoCheck report. Don’t let a dealership pressure you into buying a car and cheat you.

Wouldn’t you rather find out about these red flags before saying “I do” and plunking down your hard-earned cash? car dealer fraud lawyer
